It's interesting to see how few of those in the public eye are acknowledging Sinead O'Connor even after her death. How different for the celebrity Hollywood ladies who spoke of their #metoo moments. How applauded they were... their bravery still mattered, because somebody could still make money off of them I suppose. How do you make money off of aligning yourself in any capacity with Sinead O'Connor? 

None of those Hollywood women, applauded for their bravery, spoke about the children who were being abused, they even shunned Corey Feldman for doing so. The entire industry and the media shunned and ridiculed him for wanting to talk about actual children being abused. 

She is a rare type of individual who, having not really done much at all truly wrong in life, was still willing to admit she'd done wrong. She reminds me of Alanis Morissette in this capacity, with her song Reasons I Drink... being able to acknowledge how your addictions have affected those you love. 

And here it is, the ones who can acknowledge their own sins truly, so often the ones left in the dirt to wither. The paraded funerals for those who lived only for themselves, in the glory of themselves. What a stark contrast it is.
