There is knowledge and there is information. Knowledge can become wisdom when it has been applied effectively. Information is helpful, but it cannot transcend itself and become anything more than information.

They heave me into the boat,
my shell and legs encumbered
with barnacles.

I hear the scraping of their knives,
their eager voices, the sound of
writhing disease hitting the floor.

I have been sick with attachments.
My saviors delight in freeing me
as equally as they will delight
in their after-beer of celebration.

I am relieved to lose these barnacles,

                I love working with animal spirit guides. The first time I recall animals trying to deliver a message to me I was 18 and my Papaw (aka grandfather) was going back and forth between nursing homes and hospital stays.     In some ways it would be easier if I did not recognize that my thoughts create my reality. Because then I could continue to live from a victim mentality, from a blame-someone-else mentality, and not have to own up to the world that I have created for myself. I could say, "these are the horrible circumstances that have been laid upon my head, and woe to me, there is nothing I can do about them."
